Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company has completed its share buyback process, acquiring 1.22 million shares to be allocated for the company’s employee incentive program.
The transaction was executed following approval from the extraordinary general assembly held on 30 June 2026.
The total value of the repurchased shares amounted to SAR 151.59 million, with the group reporting an average purchase price of SAR 124.25 per share.
The buyback was conducted within a maximum timeframe of 18 months from the date of shareholder approval.
According to the regulatory filing, the shares held in treasury for the employee incentive program do not carry voting rights in the group’s general assembly meetings.
Furthermore, these shares are not eligible for any dividend distributions during the period they are held by the company.
The initiative is part of the group's strategy to attract and retain talent by aligning employee interests with those of the shareholders.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, Saudi Tadawul Group recorded a net profit of SAR 147.70 million, representing a 31.87% decrease compared to SAR 216.80 million in H1-25.
